Our origin
Why we started Vidette.
A handful of independent MSP owners across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore started talking. Each had built a business on real client relationships and deep local expertise — the kind of thing that's hard to replicate at scale, and quick to lose in a rollup. They wanted to keep their independence and their local knowledge, while delivering wherever their clients went.
A new path was needed — not a private equity rollup, not a generic national IT vendor, but a shared framework that lets independent firms stay independent while handling everything that requires scale. Vidette is that path.
